...Katie told me she always assumed I was having a busy week with work when my blog postings got further and further apart. And while I am definitely working hard at the office (we are wrapping up the planning for our new fiscal year and I'm trying to be sure I leave my job in a good place before my two-week Christmas holiday), the real reason for my recent lack of blogging is the rest of my life!

I've got an important knitting project to wrap up Friday so I can block it and gift it Saturday evening. And I'm keeping up (barely) with the Christmas Journal. And watching Charlie Brown with Sara. And giving Marc feedback on his ideas to change around our basement (office, den and gym).

And meeting my sister to catch up - sadly Urban is closed, but we've decided Bistro VG can be our new place. Lovely pizza (spinach, fontina, proscuitto, caramelized onions), wine and a nice bartender to take our picture.
