the (herb) garden grows.

...briefly blogged here, we have three pots of herbs on our deck this summer. and quite happy to report that everything is thriving...only wish we had rosemary (like katie), but that's my only complaint. we're enjoying basil by the bunch and the thyme and oregano in vinaigrettes and pasta salad. just need to find something more for the mint. it's true. it does completely take over its container. maybe I need to learn to love (and make!) mojitos!!

yay! I'm growing basil this year too and I love having it. the thyme and rosemary didn't grow as well last year so I decided just to do the basil this year and it's great! I use it much more anyway...
