Tuesdays with Charlie | Currents.

...from the eyes of a two-year old (who's 27 months old today)!

wearing "my jacket and the hat that Marmie knit me."

loving anything that makes him tall.

smiling for his mama.

stirring macaroni and cheese.

waiting (impatiently) for the cookies to cool.

practicing fine motor skills with a new set of beads

there was also

wondering "where's Holly?" and feeding her a cookie.

listening to Marmie read The Christmas Crocodile*.

singing Jingle Bells.

playing with a flashlight in the dark corners of the mudroom and the coat closet.

Happy Tuesday!! (and thank you all for sharing this Marmie journey with me!)

*Marmie can't help but wonder if that Bonny Becker is the one she knows?!

What a busy little boy! I love all his hats, especially his chef's. Cookies looked pretty good, too! 27 months! Seems like just yesterday he was a newborn. Such a winning personality. Thanks Marmie for sharing Charlie with us.

I love your guest blogger's Currents (and your waterlogued header)! Those cookies look pretty good and I'm glad Holly got to taste one. Alas, I am not the famous author of children's books; I just wish I was. I was thrilled the first time I shelved her books in the elementary school library where I worked as it's not often that I come across another Bonny that spells her name with a "y" and also has my last name. Charlie might also like her Mouse and Bear books and Cloud Country.

He is just delightful! It's such fun to watch him grow up before our eyes. I can't believe he's already 27 months; such a grown-up little boy now. XO

Oh my goodness, the little chef!! Isn't he adorable? It just hit me that Junah is going to be 3... three... THREE in less than a month!! Incredible.

*There's an author named Vicki Blum (my maiden name) and I just about fell over the first time I saw one of her books. ;)

He is such a cutie, and he seems to be active but not a brat, which is always a plus.

You guys really get a lot done on your visits. I hope all of you continue to have a good Christmastime.

So glad you chose that photo for your header! And of course, sharing your Tuesday with Charlie. He really can make a knitters day! (And I'm sure plenty of other folk!)
